If the work is to stretch over a period of time, that may prove to be costly, our tech will advise you of this during the first hour, so that you may make an informed decision as to whether you want to continue with the work.
The cost is per hour, or part hour. For example, if we remotely assist for 1 hour and 5 minutes, the total chargeable will be twice the hourly rate.
You must purchase at least one hour of remote support before we commence connection attempts. Installing and configuring remote desktop software on your end is required by yourself, because there are many aspects of firewalls that cannot be configured by us externally.
We can use Windows Remote Assistance, Remote Desktop, various flavours of VNC, and even GoToMyPc.com, as you choose.
