The minimum orders are detailed in our online shop. Its based on a minimum order of around 30 GBP. You may order multiples of the packages as you wish in the online shop. Please note we cannot offer discount on bulk purchases. We are trying to give the small guy a chance to compete by offering the best possible prices from the outset, and we can't cut them any more!

What we suggest is: if you'd like lots of streams at these great prices, order just one package for trial purposes. Try it for a few days, and listen in at peak usage times to make certain for yourself its up to scratch, then you will be happy to commit further.
Our man promises a 12-hour turnaround on all new servers. Usually, its considerably faster than that! Expect (unless you order just before a public holiday) to be up and running in a couple of hours or less!
Support incidents should *never* wait longer than 12 hours, but, during our own testing period, the support was virtually instant! Streams hosted in our Dallas datacentre receive top priority, and will get priority over all others (see the last bullet point)

If it worked for us, there's no reason it shouldnt work for you. You can also ping some sample servers at the following addresses, trace their routes, and any other connection / bandwidth tests you want to try out:

They are in the US, in Dallas, Texas, in New Jersey and some are in Europe. You can find out more from the traceroute. (Database). Bandwidth is STRICTLY NON COGENT - it doesnt go through a middle man. Its the best quality bandwidth at the price, therefore. Through experience, cogent bandwidth tends to be ineffective for radio streaming. We avoid it.
No server or provider promises 100% reliability! You can expect over 95% reliablity, and if you get less, be sure to tell us about it! We are *not* here to make a huge profit from you; we are providing streaming hosting to make our radio automation business more well-rounded and comprehensive. Please make sure we know about problems. If there is ever a big problem, or there is an unacceptable problem, we will either pull the service at the end of the month, or find another provider (in which case we reserve the right to review our prices). That is the best guarantee we can give you - an honest response, we feel.
What we *wont* do is oversell the bandwidth. This means that there is a finite limit on how many streams we can host - so don't delay to avail of the great prices!
We dont have the facility to provide refunds, nor is there enough reason or profit margin to support it!

Can I order more expensive streams that offer more than 95% reliablity?
We are able to do this on request. If you have a need for professionally maintained streams, at up to 99.98% reliabilty, we offer these from one Datacentre only; in Dallas, Texas, USA. They are considerably more expensive, though - typically up to 4 USD each for 128k streams.
You pay once, when the stream is first set up. Regardless of what date that is, you can expect to pay for the *following* month around the 24th of the month (we reserve the right to bring this date forward at our discretion). In the first month, therefore you will pay TWICE - and you
will be paying in advance for the following month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. We DO NOT have a refund policy for all the reasons stated above.
